Homemade Garlic Croutons

I eat croutons like candy. Seriously, I love them. Homemade croutons are the best! Super good, and super easy.

2 cups of french bread, chopped into cubes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder

Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and butter, and let the butter melt. Toss in your bread cubes and seasoning. Continue tossing around in the pan with a spoon, until the cubes turn golden brown (6-8 minutes)
Let cool, serve on fresh greens

  6. I was never a big fan of croutons, but Brian loves them. I'll have to make these next time we have a salad with dinner :)
