Biscuit
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup of blueberries, washed and dried
Glaze
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
dash of vanilla
4 tsp lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg, and salt
Add heavy cream slowly until thick and dough-like
Fold in blueberries carefully
Make small rounds of dough on a greased baking sheet
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
While biscuits are baking, combine powdered sugar, lemon peel, vanilla, and lemon juice to form glaze (less lemon juice for less tart)
Let biscuits cool 10 minutes, then drizzle a small amount of lemon glaze over each biscuit
