Crab Wontons

6 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED 
1/2 TEASPOON OF SRIRACHA 
1/2 CUP OF SOUR CREAM 
4 OZ OF CRAB MEAT, DRAINED
SALT + PEPPER TO TASTE 
2 TABLESPOONS OF MAYO 
1 EGG 
1 TABLESPOON OF WATER 
WONTON WRAPPERS 

MAKES 3 DOZEN CRAB WONTONS 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a cupcake pan 

Mix the cream cheese, sriracha, sour cream, salt, pepper, and mayo together until well combined. Add the crab meat and mix in until shredded. Add a small teaspoon of mixture to the middle of each wonton wrapper. Fold up wrapper and gently place into cupcake pan. 

Combine egg and water and brush over the wontons. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until tops are slightly golden brown. Let cool then enjoy!

  1. These look AMAZING!!! I will have to try them out at my next shindig. I am lactose intolerant and cannot be trusted around this much dairy, especially when it looks this good!
