LIFESAVERS + A CUP OF TEA

There have been so many food heavy posts lately, I really needed something in the beauty department to shake it up a bit. I've been researching new skincare products, and I'm going to be stocking up on a few new makeup items soon, but these few products are what get me through life day in and day out. They are listed as seen in the picture from top to bottom.

VANILLA + GRAPEFRUIT LOTION BY THE HEALTHY BODY BUTTER// This lotion smells amazing, is amazing, and feels amazing. I like thick lotions that really set into your skin, and this stuff does the trick.

WEN BY CHAZ DEAN STYLING CREME// I don't use this product to actually style my hair, I use it tame my hair. After all is said and done, and my hair has completely air dried itself, it brings on the frizz. Once my hair is completely dry, I dab a tiny bit of the WEN creme on my hands and lightly run it through my hair.

SHEA BUTTER BY L'OCCITANE// This stuff changes lives! I'm a lip balm lover and there is nothing like this stuff for your lips. It technically has multiple uses such as anit-stretch mark creme, lip balm, eyelash enhancer, and frizz corrector, but I just use it for lip balm. Plain and simple.

TEA TREE OIL// This stuff is great for removing blemishes. It doesn't work over night, but if you apply it a few times after washing your face over those certain areas, it prevents them from becoming noticeable.

NAILGROWTH MIRACLE BY SALLY HANSEN// My nails love breaking. As soon as I grow them out they peel, break, or chip. This stuff prevents all of that, and helps create fast nail growth. I hate short, un-manicured nails, so needless to say, this stuff keeps me on track with manicured-looking nails even without going to the salon every week.

DRY SHAMPOO SPRAY BY SUAVE// Personally, I'm all about professional haircare products, but sometimes you just have to try out the cheap stuff and make it work until you can afford the nice stuff. With this product, I love using it, and never feel the need to buy something new and expensive. I probably will try something new by one of my favorite haircare lines, but in the meantime this stuff smells good, it gives my hair volume, and it even gives me confidence about wearing my hair down on day two without feeling flat and gross.

MOISTURIZING CREME BY NIVEA// I'm big on moisturizer! My skin feels dry and itchy without some kind of lotion. I also have really sensitive skin to harsh perfumes in some lotions, so not only do I want a thick lotion, I need one that doesn't have perfume in it as well. This particular lotion definitely has a scent to it, but it's a basic, soft-smelling scent that doesn't make my legs burn after shaving. It's thick and makes me feel great when applying just before bedtime!

FRENCH MANICURE PRO BY RIMMEL LONDON// Game changer! One coat of this polish lasts up to 10 days and gives my nails a natural, manicured look. I switch between this polish and my nailgrowth by Sally Hansen.

MAKEUP REMOVER TOWELETTES BY NEUTROGENA// These makeup removal towels cut my skincare routine down by half. Just before bed, I use these to give my face an all-over cleanse and wipe down, then follow up with a warm damp cloth. Done and done for the make up removing process!
