OVEN-PUFFED PANCAKE

RECIPE VIA 
2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER 
1 CUPF OF MILK 
DASH OF VANILLA 
2 EGGS 
1/2 TEASPOON OF SALT 
3/4 CUPS OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 
1 CUP FRESH, WASHED BERRIES (BLACKBERRIES, BLUEBERRIES, RASPBERRIES) 
POWDERED SUGAR FOR GARNISH 

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place a large skillet in the oven and let it warm for 5 minutes. Carefully remove skillet and put on a safe surface. Place butter in the skillet and let it melt while mixing other ingredients. 

In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and whisk together. Pour mix into the warm skillet and top with washed berries. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then remove and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup (optional)
