12 OZ SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 CUPS OF POWDER SUGAR
1/2 CUP OF BUTTER
In a large pot, melt the butter + chocolate chips over medium-low heat. Be careful not to over heat the chocolate. Carefully mix in the cereal and coat generously with chocolate melt.
Working quickly, pour 1 cup of powdered sugar into a large gallon-sized ziplock bag. Pour half of the cereal mix into the powdered sugar and shake until completely coated. Pour in remaining cereal, followed by the remaining cups of powdered sugar. Store the chow in a container in the freezer over night, then enjoy!
